High blood pressure

There is no official statistics that many people in Nepal are suffering from high blood pressure.

More than half of the population is not aware of their high blood pressure. 
Issue No. 3 
Knowing a high level, many people have no knowledge about the importance of treatment and they are helpless to treat. 
Issue No. 4 
This can be estimated that the productive population of Nepal is wrapped in this disease. In the near future, if there is no necessary initiative, it is increasing the danger of giving a major health crisis in the near future. 


What are the blood pressure?

Special Type Meal Scheme
Balanced (controlled) blood pressure is considered to be the main basis of health. The National Heart Long and Blood Institute has developed special types of food plans for its effective control. The main objective of this plan is to make proper arrangements for daily food and control high blood pressure. 
- Fruits, green vegetables in this plan are placed in the top priority. 
The use of cholesterol, milk, smooth matter, fatty acids, has been minimized. 
- Food items with elements such as fiber, potassium, calcium, magnesium, are given more importance in food.
The use of proteins can be used just fine and sugar and sugar can be used as a result of lesser use. Though various studies have been able to handle this plan of food properly, various studies have shown that blood pressure can be controlled and reduced.
