State's obligation on mental health

Cancer, hypertension, stomach, diabetes, insomnia and mental problems are seen in the world including Nepal. According to the World Health Organization, one of the five victims has shown mental problems. The organization has mentioned that there may be a mental problem in about 20 percent in Nepal. According to this, about 60 million people in Nepal are suffering from mental problems. 

Statistics of 9 lakh depression, 9 lakh enjity and 1 million strong mental problems in Nepal are statistics. Also, there is a problem of eating alcohol and nausea, sleeping problem, headache, wiparrasser, sexual problems, and many problems. In every 40 seconds of the world, one said suicide organization. Its main reason is depression.
Depression is a lot of diabetes in most of the diseases. In view of this, the World Health Organization has requested to open their 1906 countries openly for years of depression. According to the World Health Organization, there are depression in the world in the world. It is 4 percent of the world's population.
